Roommates

The Roommates feature allows attendees to pair themselves with others for shared accommodations. This feature is optional and can be turned on or off by the event organiser.

When enabled, attendees may share a short, randomised code with another attendee who wishes to room with them. Both parties must mutually confirm the pairing before being assigned to the same room.

Organisers may set a limit to how many people can be placed in a single room.
